8.1.2010Summer Ditch Maintenance
Please trim weeds and other growth in the ditches on the street side of your lots. The County does some trimming, but you may need to provide extra trimming to provide a good look to the neighborhood.
4.22.2010Spring Cleaning Dumpster
The Woodlands Spring Cleaning Dumpster will be located in it's usual place on Sunset View from April 23-26 2010.

Bernalillo County Ordinance
Bernalillo County passed an ordinance effective June 12, 2009 that addresses abatement of litter and weeds which has been posted on our webpage. For properties of 2 or more acres, the ordinance requires that a 20-foot firebreak around all borders be kept free of weeds. Violations should be reported to Bob Solano of Zoning, Building and Planning at 314-0396.
7.8.2009July Homeowners' Meeting Moved to Tuesday, July 14th, 2009
There will be a Woodlands Homeowners Association meeting on
Tuesday, July 14, 2009, starting at 6pm at the Los Vecinos
Community Center, 478 1/2 Old Highway 66, Tijeras, NM.
WHA members are urged to attend. There will be
votes on infrastructure expenditures at the meeting.
